We have partnered with one of Australia's top manufacturers of lightweight construction materials to provide staffing solutions to their production factory based in Hazlemere

We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Workers to join the team. In this role, you will:
• Work 8-12 hour rotating shifts (1 weekday, 1 week afternoons, 1 week nights, Monday-Friday).
• Operate and assist on production lines for boards, metal framing and compounds.
• Perform manual handling, loading/unloading, palletising, and forklift duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Follow strict workplace health & safety processes.
Please note: This environment can be quite dusty at times. If you suffer from severe respiratory problems, this role may not be suitable for you.

What We're Looking For
• Valid forklift licence and proven forklift operating experience.
• Ability to lift and move up to 20kg consistently during shifts.
• Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred).
• Safety-focused, reliable and able to work rotating shifts.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Full working rights in Australia (no working holiday visa's)
