Sales Manager - Front of House (FOH) Operations

About you:
We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Front of House (FOH) operations in our vibrant bakery café. If you're passionate about hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love creating exceptional customer experiences, this is the role for you!
What you'll do:
• Full-time position working closely with the Store Manager
• Oversee FOH service and ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage and motivate a team of approximately 23 staff, including juniors
• Drive sales and maintain high standards of customer service
• Collaborate on promotions, upselling strategies, and customer engagement
• Ensure compliance with OHS and workplace safety standards
What You'll Need:
• 2-3 years' experience in a leadership role within hospitality (café, bakery, or restaurant preferred)
• Strong people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• A hands-on approach - you'll work alongside the team to deliver outstanding service
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic reporting is a plus
• Understanding of OHS regulations and safe work practices
