We're partnering with industry-leading civil and landscaping contractors delivering major infrastructure, subdivision and public space projects across Townsville and North Queensland.
These roles offer ongoing, secure employment for skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work and are passionate about quality, teamwork, and safety.
You'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects, from road and drainage construction, concrete structures, and pipe installations through to landscaping works including irrigation, retaining walls, pathways, parklands and sporting facilities.

What you'll do
Depending on your experience and department, your duties may include:
- Performing pipe laying, formwork, concreting, or steel fixing on civil sites
- Assisting with hardscape and softscape landscaping works including irrigation, concreting, edging, turfing, retaining walls and planting
- Operating small plant, tools, and machinery as required
- Working as part of a high-performing, safety-driven crew to meet deadlines
- Following all HSEQ standards and contributing to a strong site culture
What you'll need
Experience in civil construction, landscaping, or related trades
White Card (mandatory) and relevant RII or trade tickets
Driver's licence and reliable transport
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor environments
Additional tickets (Bobcat, Roller, Moxy, Excavator, etc.) highly regarded
Benefits
- $36.18$45/hr + penalties + super, based on skills and tickets
- Day shift rosters:
- Civil construction: 6:30 7:00am starts, finish around 5:00pm
- Landscaping: 6:30am 3:00pm
- Weekend and overtime work available during busy project periods
- Long-term, ongoing work on major projects throughout North Queensland

- Genuine opportunities to progress into Leading Hand, Foreman, or Trade Specialist roles
