The Role
As a Technical Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting customers through equipment installations, maintenance and training. You will be the face of the business in the field, ensuring service excellence and building strong relationships with store managers and operational teams.
This is a field-based role that involves regular travel across the Sydney area. A company car will be provided to support your mobility and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct monthly service visits and preventative maintenance
- Install and repair dosing equipment and related systems
- Deliver training to customer staff and ensure documentation is up to date
- Maintain safety data sheets and field test kits
- Respond to customer requests and troubleshoot issues within set timeframes
- Report activities and risks using internal platforms
- Attend in-house training and adhere to company policies
- Technically minded with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable conducting training and preparing documentation
- Experience in field service or technical support is highly desirable
- Must be able to travel across the Sydney area as part of the role
