AWX are currently warehouse labourers for our client based in Rocklea. This is an ongoing role with the opportunity to go permanent with the client.
This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient handling and storage of goods within our warehouse facility, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timeliness in all operations.
About the role:
- Packing of fresh produce - lifting, manual handling
- Working ongoing shifts - Monday to Friday.
- Working early mornings - 2 am starts
- Work to daily targets in a fast-moving environment
- General warehousing tasks as required
About You:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a warehousing/ logistics environment
- Forklift licence is an advantage!
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
