We are currently seeking experienced Concrete Finishers and Concrete Labourers who are reliable, self-motivated, and bring a positive CAN DO attitude. Both short-term and long-term opportunities are available .

Key Duties May Include:
• Previous structural concrete experience is preferred
• Reading and interpreting construction plans
• Concrete set-up, placement, and finishing
• Working on commercial and large-scale civil redevelopment projects

About the Work:
• Completing tasks such as roadworks, park and drainage developments, kerb and crossovers, walls, tilt panels, footings, and large ground slabs
• Supporting site preparation and general civil works
• Performing manual labour in physically demanding environments

What We're Looking For:
• Construction White Card
• Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
• Physically fit and capable of manual outdoor work
• Willing to undergo police checks and pre-employment medicals (if required)

Desirable (Not Essential):
• MR or higher-class driver's licence
• Experience in civil works such as asphalt, drainage, or subdivisions

Rosters, Hours & Pay Rates:
• Monday to Friday, with some weekend work
• Local sites: start times between 5:00 AM and 6:45 AM
• Remote projects: 10/4 or 14/7 rosters
• Pay range: $36.00 $45.00 per hour (flat or penalty rates, site/client dependent)
