We're seeking an experienced Field Service Scheduler to join the team based in Unanderra. If you have strong work planning and client service skills along with an exceptional administration back ground then this role could be for you!


What you'll do

Enjoy the stability of consistent hours working Monday to Friday as a Field Services Scheduler within this exciting role. You will carry out duties such as:

- Prepare and manage quotes, invoices, and job orders

- Respond to customer and team enquiries regarding service work

- Maintain scheduling systems and track field technician performance

- Handle job planning, updates, and reporting via Assignar and internal systems

- Support customer onboarding, asset management, and account setup

- Manage inductions, training renewals, and compliance documentation

- Assist in safety processes and promote continuous improvement



What you'll need


To be successful in this position, you will be required to have experience with the following:

- Invoicing and quoting via business systems

- Scheduling field service workers (preferred)

- Product knowledge in lifting, rigging, height safety, restraint & recovery solutions, and testing & inspection services (desirable)


You will also demonstrate the below skills and attributes:

- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge

- Exceptional customer communication, including telephone experience

- Positive attitude, proactive thinker, and problem solver
