AWX is seeking skilled and reliable Flow Wrapper Machine Operators to join our food production team based in Caboolture.
Role Overview:
As a Flow Wrapper Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring efficient and accurate packaging of food products using automated flow wrapping machinery. This position requires attention to detail, technical aptitude, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor flow wrapping machines to package products according to specifications
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting to maintain smooth operation
- Conduct quality checks on packaged products to ensure compliance with standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of machinery and work area
- Follow strict food safety and handling procedures
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets

What We're Looking For:

- Driver's licence and reliable transport
- Comfortable working in cold conditions
