About the Role:
Join a well-established food manufacturing site in Narangba, known for producing high-quality packaged products found in households across Australia. The facility runs advanced production lines and values safety, precision, and teamwork. As operations expand, the night shift team is growing, and they're seeking reliable machine operators to help drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery including bagging and wrapping lines
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and assist with equipment changeovers
• Follow HACCP, GMP, and safety protocols to maintain product quality
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
• Support continuous improvement by reducing downtime and waste

• Day Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm ($31.19/hr)
• Afternoon Shift: 2:50pm - 11:00pm ($35.87/hr)
• Nightshift: 2.50pm - 7am ($40.55/hr)

• Experience operating packaging or production machinery in food manufacturing
• Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and workplace safety standards
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform production machinery maintenance tasks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and flexibility to work night shifts and handle physical tasks
• At least 6 months recent experience operating a production line packaging machine
