About our client
A large-scale mining operation in regional Queensland is seeking experienced Rigid Haul Truck & Multi-Skilled Mining Operators to join their team on a permanent basis . With production well underway and long-term plans in place, this role offers job security, consistent rosters, and opportunities to further develop your skill set. Our client is a reputable mining services provider supporting a major open-cut coal operation in Queensland. Known for their strong safety culture, modern equipment, and investment in people, they provide a supportive and professional working environment with genuine long-term career pathways.

What you'll do
  • Safely operator Haul Trucks, Dozer, Grader, Water Truck, Excavator, or 980 Loader.
  • Complete pre-starts, inspections, and routine operational checks
  • Follow site safety procedures and operational requirements
  • Work collaboratively with crews to meet production targets
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and safety initiatives

What you'll need
  • Minimum 12 months' experience operating haul trucks in a mining environment
  • Multi-skilled experience on equipment such as dozers and/or one of the following: grader, water truck, Excavator, or loader
  • Relevant RII competencies or a verified training transcript (within the last 5 years)
  • Current Standard 11 and valid Australian driver's licence
  • Strong safety focus and team-oriented attitude
  • Australian working rights
