We are currently seeking reliable and motivated workers to join a busy pallet repair operation. This is a hands-on, physical role suited to someone who enjoys working with tools and being part of a production-focused team.
Your duties will include:
- Inspecting and repairing wooden pallets using hand and power tools
- Operating nail guns, grinders, saws, and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Lifting, moving, and stacking pallets in a fast-paced environment
- Working as part of a team to meet daily repair targets (KPIs)
- Following all workplace safety and operational procedures

About You
- Previous experience using nail guns and hand/power tools
- Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive manual handling
- Reliable with full availability for day shifts
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical assessment
- Committed to OHS and safe work practices
- Takes responsibility and works well within a team
