Our client is a reputable civil construction contractor delivering major infrastructure, transport, and government-funded projects across North Queensland. Due to continued project growth, they are seeking experienced civil construction professionals across project delivery, engineering, and site supervision .

What you'll do
Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:
• Delivering civil construction projects safely, on time, and within budget
• Managing project teams, subcontractors, and site operations
• Supervising daily site activities, crews, plant, and resources
• Preparing project plans, schedules, cost reports, and forecasts
• Coordinating procurement, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Supporting planning, reporting, and commercial functions
What you'll need
• Relevant experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or transport projects
• Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent (preferred for PM/Engineer roles)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in roads, earthworks, pavements, drainage, or structures
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
• Knowledge of contract administration and commercial principles
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance
• Experience with systems such as Procore (advantageous)
