About the opportunity
We are seeking a professional and organised Reception / Administration Officer to support a high-performing site in Camellia. This is a front-of-house role where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors and staff, while also providing vital administrative support to internal teams and senior leaders.You'll be joining a site that prides itself on culture, professionalism, and performance, with strong safety and compliance processes in place. The role is offered as a temp-to-perm opportunity, with a view to long-term employment for the right person.
Key responsibilities
- Manage reception desk and greet all visitors and staff
- Coordinate internal events, site meetings, and travel bookings
- Liaise with contractors and manage office supplies and services
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and executive stakeholders
- Raise purchase orders and manage invoice processing using SAP
- Assist with onboarding, site inductions and compliance coordination

- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
- Strong communication skills and professional presentation
- High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident using Microsoft Office; SAP experience desirable
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol test, and police check
