About the Role
AWX are seeking Technology Operators for an exciting opportunity with one of our leading clients based in Townsville . This hands-on role involves assisting in the manufacture and maintenance of copper plates within a fast-paced industrial environment.
Key Duties:
• Grinding hanger bags
• Operating rattle guns
• Measuring and hammering copper plates
• Packing plates into boxes
• Heavy lifting and manual handling
• General site clean-up and other tasks as directed by the supervisor
Roster & Hours
• Monday to Friday
• Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Must be flexible and open to working both shifts
• Overtime may be available during busy periods

What We're Looking For
• Forklift Licence ( preferred but not essential )
• Physically fit and capable of manual labour
• Able to pass a pre-employment medical, physical, and Drug & Alcohol test
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• Reliable, motivated, and ready to work
• Local to the Townsville area
