The opportunity
Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking and experienced Account Manager to continue the growth of our business and brand in Blacktown.
We are looking for a Recruiter looking to take the next step or an experienced Account Manager.
This role will focus on current clients and identify, build and maintain key client relationships to increase market presence and help achieve financial growth.
- Manage a portfolio of current loyal clients.
- Identify key players and new business opportunities.
- Ability to 'bounce' and be flexible in your decision making.
- Develop sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.
- Recruiting high volumes of candidates within blue collar industries
- Communicating effectively with candidates and clients
- Maintaining a strong candidate pipeline
What do you need?
This role requires a person who thinks outside the square and has entrepreneurial flair.
- Motivated, autonomous and results driven
- Proven experience in a Sales, recruitment or an Account Manager role
- Persistence, perseverance and positivity to achieve the desired outcome
- Ability to work independently - this role will be predominantly autonomous with support from other AWX offices
