About the Roles
AWX is proud to partner with leading civil construction clients across the Townsville region to deliver critical infrastructure, drainage, and subdivision projects. We are currently seeking reliable and self-motivated Civil Labourers with a strong work ethic and a positive CAN DO attitude.

Opportunities are available for both short-term and long-term projects.

Project Locations May Include:
• Intersection Upgrades
• Asphalt Works
• Subdivision Developments
• Civil Drainage Projects

Your Duties Will Include:
• Roadworks, asphalt repairs, pipelaying, concreting, and landscaping
• Manual labour in high-temperature, physically demanding environments
• Supporting civil and building works, including drainage and site preparation

What You'll Need:
• Valid Construction White Card
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
• Prior civil construction experience, ideally in roadworks, subdivision, and/or drainage
• Physically fit and prepared for labour-intensive outdoor work
• Willingness to undergo police checks and pre-employment medicals (as required)
