AWX is seeking experienced Operators to join a major rehabilitation project at Ensham Mine (QLD).
Work across a large-scale 250Ha site on a 44-week fixed-term contract - with the stability and entitlements of permanent employment.

This is an excellent opportunity for skilled operators looking for consistent, long-term work in a high-performing team. Camp accommodation, great hourly rates, and 7/7 rosters included.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES - OPERATORS REQUIRED FOR
• Water Carts, Service Trucks & Dump Trucks
• HR Water Cart Operators - $51.50/hr
• HR Service Truck Operators - $51.00/hr
• 777 Dump Truck Operators - $55.00/hr

Dozers, Graders & Scrapers
• D9, D10, D11 Dozer Operators - $55.00-$60.00/hr
• Dozer Push Operators - $55.00-$60.00/hr
• 14M & 150 Grader Operators - $55.00/hr
• 657 Scraper Operators - $60.00/hr

Excavators, Loaders & Tractor Operators
• 120T Excavator Operators - $55.00/hr
• 930 IT Loader/Tractor with Spreader - $52.00/hr

WHAT YOU'LL GET
• Fixed-Term 44 Week Contract - Treated as perm with full entitlements
• 7/7 Roster - Day Shift only or DS/NS options depending on the role
• Camp Accommodation & Meals provided in Comet
• Bus-in/Bus-out from Camp to site daily
• Strong Pay Rates - $51.00/hr to $60.00/hr depending on machine
• Be part of a high-performance rehab crew on a large-scale mine project

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
• Minimum 12 months' experience in coal production operations
• Relevant RII's for machine you're applying for
• Valid HR Licence, CBM, and ability to pass a Functional Capacity Test
• S11 not required - site induction mapped to cover
