ABOUT THE ROLE
AWX are currently recruiting a full-time casual yard person with a current LF forklift for and ongoing day shift role based in the heart of the Gold Coast.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 5:30am-14:30pm with possible overtime

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TABLE
We are looking for personnel with previous experience in a yard dealing with multiple products, you will also have the following:
- Must have LF high risk Australian forklift ticket
- Previous experience in a yard as a production forklift operator.
- Ability to load trucks safely and have knowledge of axel weight constraints.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Drivers licence and reliable transport. (there is no public transport to this site at 05:30 in the morning)
- Be a citizen or permanent resident of Australia. Role is likely to transition to permanent for the right person.
- This is a physically demanding role as many of the orders must be staked by hand.
To be considered, you must be suitably qualified and have proven experience in the distribution industry.
