We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Installation Scheduling Coordinator

As the Installation Scheduling Coordinator, you will be the key link between customers, subcontractors, and our operations team ensuring projects run smoothly from start to finish. Your coordination and communication skills will play a vital role in delivering a seamless installation experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update project schedules, ensuring timely progress
- Coordinate subcontractors, labour hire, and hire equipment needs
- Assist with incoming calls, support the Service Scheduling team, and provide general office administration
- Build strong relationships with clients through clear and consistent communication
- Generate purchase orders, process contract variations, and monitor job costs
- Issue invoices and follow up on payments
- Ensure compliance with all documentation including inductions, licences, and safety statements
- Handle client queries with effective problem-solving and professionalism
- Demonstrated experience in administration, coordination, or scheduling roles
- Strong initiative, autonomy, and the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail with great time management and planning abilities
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
- A collaborative team player mindset
