The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Logistics Supervisor to join our client’s operations based in Springvale. You will lead a small team and take charge of day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, with a strong focus on compliance and operational efficiency.

This is a permanent, full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, train, support, and mentor your team
• Coordinate warehousing, dispatch and logistics operations
• Drive continuous improvement across systems and processes
• Oversee inventory and stock control to avoid shortages
• Manage third-party freight providers (local and international), ensuring KPI performance, lead time targets, and cost efficiency
• Troubleshoot delivery issues and implement fast, cost-effective solutions
• Monitor and control freight charges, labour, and warehouse expenses
• Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and licensing requirements

• A proactive and hands-on leadership style
• Previous experience in warehousing and logistics, especially in freight and transport
• A current forklift licence 
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
• Good computer skills (MS Office); experience with SAP is an advantage
