The Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Fitter to ensure the smooth operation of automated plant and machinery. This role involves a mix of preventative maintenance, emergency breakdown repairs, and general troubleshooting to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. 

Shift: Day shift (7:30 AM or 8:30 AM start – flexible), Monday to Friday (Saturday on rotation)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance, repairs and emergency breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and problem-solve to ensure machinery efficiency.
• Minimize downtime and maintain smooth operations.
• Follow maintenance schedules and adhere to WHS policies.

• Trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter with experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and automated machinery.
• Computer literacy to operate advanced European equipment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety and quality standards.
