AWX is currently looking for highly motivated Outbound Call Sales Assistants to join a busy sales team based in Narangba, working for one of the largest concrete sleeper manufacturing companies in SEQLD.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Making outbound calls (up to 100/day) to prospective and existing customers (While this is a target, if you can get 10x quality calls per day, the exercise is to find out more info about their next project and build rapport with the client
• Building strong rapport and identifying qualified sales leads
• Managing leads, transport bookings, and payments using Excel and MS Outlook
• Responding to enquiries via phone, email, text, and social media
• Supporting customers with quotes, brochures, orders, and troubleshooting
• Updating CRM systems and preparing daily reports for the Sales Manager
• Providing friendly, solution-focused service to all clients and walk-ins

What We're Looking For:
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Professional, friendly and customer-focused attitude
• Well-organised with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Comfortable working with tradies and transport companies
• Previous admin, office, or sales support experience preferred.
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport are essential.
• Creative thinker with a relaxed, consultative sales style (not pushy!)
