AWX are currently seeking experienced and reliable Factory Workers for one of our valued clients based in Narangba. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company that specialises in premium and sustainable food packaging solutions for a wide range of fresh products, including produce, meat, seafood, bakery items etc.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Packing a variety of food-grade containers and packaging products
• Working on a fast-paced production line with a focus on accuracy and quality
• Conducting visual inspections and ensuring packaging meets specifications
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
• Following safety, hygiene, and operational procedures at all times

About You
• Previous experience in a factory or packaging environment (preferred but not essential
• Comfortable with physical, repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Available for full-time weekday work on either shift

Morning shift- 7am-3pm ($29.33ph)
Afternoon shift 3pm-11pm ($33.73ph)
Night shift- 11pm-7am ($38.13ph)- this shift will be starting in Mid June.
