The role

We are currently looking for multiple Service Technicians to join our client in Wollongong. This is a  temporary full-time ongoing role  offering hands-on work, autonomy and customer interaction. Training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with the right attitude and practical skills to grow in a technical service role.

You will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of dispensing equipment across a range of customer sites, including hotels, restaurants, hospitals and other commercial locations throughout the South Coast and Wollongong region. You will be supported with full training to ensure your success on the job.

Key Responsibilities

• Install soap and hygiene dispensers in line with manufacturer guidelines and industry standards
• Complete installations neatly, accurately, and safely
• Respond to breakdowns and repair equipment on customer premises
• Perform preventative maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently
• Carry out workshop-based repairs on returned equipment
• Travel to regional sites when required (in line with company travel policy)

• Works well  independently  and takes initiative

• Experience in service, repairs, or installation of technical equipment 
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage your day independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Current Driver Licence
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools
• Willing to travel daily to customer sites across the South Coast and Wollongong region.
