About the role

Our clients are ramping up for a series of shutdowns across coal assets and industrial infrastructure - and we need switched-on TAs with confined space entry tickets to support riggers, fitters, and boilermakers across Illawarra sites. You'll be part of a safety-focused team working under pressure and at pace.


What you'll do

- Confined space standby and entry work
- Assisting trades with tool moves, set-up and general duties
- Cleaning, prepping and demobilising shutdown zones
- Manual handling, spotting and permit compliance


What you'll need

- Confined Space & Working at Heights (within 2 years), EWP (Desirable)
- Proven shutdown or heavy industry experience as a Trades Assistant / Confined Space watcher
- Ability to follow instruction and be a team player
- White Card
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts across morning, afternoon and night
