The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor (Day Shift) to join our client, a leading packaging company based in Narangba. You will manage a small team and ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and safely in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Operate forklifts (high reach and double-deep) to move and stack products safely
• Lead, train, and motivate a small warehouse team to meet productivity targets
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stocktakes
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and compliance standards
• Liaise with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement in warehouse processes and efficiency

• Current Forklift Licence with High Reach and Double-Deep forklift experience
• Demonstrated experience supervising in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach and develop a small team
• Sound knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse processes
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
