Growing through grit

AWX started in 2000 in construction - landscaping, building, civil, Tom Reardon and his business partners, working flat out to prove themselves. Turning up, understanding the grind and sorting out businesses who couldn’t find good people.
 
Word spread. Clients pulled them into new regions and industries. Every step meant keeping their word - setting up properly, hiring local, never winging it and never letting growth get ahead of quality.
 
In 2016, AWX were the founding business of People Infrastructure. They listed on the ASX in 2017 and rebranded to PeopleIN in 2020.
 
Today, AWX runs in 20+ locations across Australia and New Zealand, still focussed on helping businesses run stronger and people find good work. A couple of blokes, a people problem and a whole lot of grit, that’s how it started. And it’s still how we run.
