How quickly can you get people on site?
AWX have job ready workers in their network and local teams on the ground ready to go. Depending on the site requirements and how quickly we can tick our boxes together, AWX can mobilise a crew at a weeks’ notice or less.
What happens if someone no shows?
AWX sort it. If someone doesn’t turn up, AWX step in straight away and work to replace them, so your site isn’t left short. You won’t be chasing AWX for answers.
Can you scale up or down quickly?
Yes. AWX labour hire is designed to scale up or down as site needs change. When work ramps up, slows down or shifts due to conditions, AWX adjust crews to match what’s happening on site.
What do you take off my hands?
AWX handles recruitment, screening, onboarding, compliance and ongoing workforce management. We stay involved once workers are on site so issues are identified early and resolved quickly.
Who do I talk to if something goes wrong?
You can contact your local AWX account manager or point of contact. Your AWX account manager knows your site, is available face to face or by phone and is responsible for sorting issues without handballing. Theres no excuses or hiding here.
