  • What workforce options does AWX offer?

    AWX offers a mix of workforce solutions including labour hire, permanent recruitment, international recruitment, traineeships and apprenticeships and First Nations recruitment. These options can be used on their own or combined to suit your site, crew and timelines. 

  • How do I know which workforce option is right for my site?

    You don’t need to lock that in upfront. AWX get on site, understand how your job runs and talk through what you’re trying to achieve. From there, AWX will recommend the right mix to keep work moving. 

  • Can I combine different workforce solutions?

    Yes. Many AWX clients use a combination of labour hire, permanent recruitment and other options depending on project stage, skill shortages or deadlines. AWX shape the plan around what your site needs. 

  • Is AWX suitable for short-term cover as well as long term workforce planning?

    Yes. AWX supports short-term gaps, project ramp ups and longer-term workforce needs. Whether you need cover for a few weeks or a plan that runs for years, we scale with you. 

  • Do I need to know exactly how many people or roles I need?

    No. We’ll work through that with you. Once we understand your site, scope and deadlines, we’ll help define roles, numbers and timing so you’re not guessing. 

  • What industries does AWX support?

    AWX works across mining, civil and construction, landscaping, food and manufacturing, and technical and executive roles. Our AWX team understand the pace, pressure and site realities of each industry. 

  • Who will I deal with at AWX?

    You’ll deal with a local AWX contact who knows your industry and your site. You won’t be passed around or dealing with a call centre. One point of contact, start to finish. 

  • What happens after I submit a vacancy?

    Once you submit a vacancy, our AWX team will get in touch to talk through your site, roles and timelines. From there, AWX will recommend the right workforce option and get the process moving.
