Bradley brings more than three decades in recruitment and leadership to the Bundaberg branch. A specialist in civil and construction, mining, and manufacturing covering the region from Maryborough and Hervey Bay through to Rockhampton and out to Moura, he thrives on the variety of the work and the people he meets along the way.

What matters most to Bradley day to day is seeing the team succeed and knowing he’s helped people grow into their roles. Bradley’s style is old school and straight up. He’s big on no BS, doing the small things properly and giving people a fair go. He believes attention to detail, organisation and learning from mistakes are what build strong teams.

You’ll find Bradley at the local club on a Saturday arvo with a Great Northern Original, watching the races.
