Erika brings 26 years’ experience in light industrial FMCG, specialising in scaling up projects and building high performing teams. What gets her out of bed is her crew - a close knit group of good humans. They show up for each other, roll up their sleeves when it’s game on and keep the banter flowing.

No task is too small and Erika leads from the front, answering calls and showing there’s no ego in the job. She operates with honesty, humility and accountability. Erika sets expectations from the start, mentors her people and keeps the fundamentals front of mind - quality, compliance, communication and results.

Off the clock, Erika’s in the gym, swimming laps or at the beach – essentially somewhere outdoors.
