Temp-to-Perm Opportunity | Full-Time Hours | Forklift Licence Required
AWX is currently seeking reliable and hardworking Pallet Repairers to join a leading pallet pooling and returnable packaging operation based in Wingfield, South Australia.

About the Role
This is a physically active, hands-on role within a busy production environment.
Your duties will include:
• Inspecting damaged pallets and identifying repair requirements
• Repairing pallets using hand and power tools, including nail guns, hammers and grinders
• Operating forklifts to safely move pallets and materials around the site
• Manual handling of materials up to 20kg
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment
• Following workplace safety procedures and production targets
• Working collaboratively within a team-focused environment

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
• A current Forklift Licence (essential)
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport
• Experience using hand and power tools
• A strong work ethic and positive attitude
• The ability to perform physically demanding work
• A commitment to workplace health and safety
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
Previous experience in pallet repair, manufacturing, production, warehousing, labouring, construction or recycling environments will be highly regarded.
