AWX Bundaberg is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our client's team in a rotating shift position.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in a supportive workplace where full training is provided. The successful applicant will play an integral role in the production operations of the business, working as part of a small team responsible for monitoring production machinery, maintaining product quality, and identifying and resolving operational issues as they arise. Your contribution will be essential in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
About You:
• Reliable and committed to working a rotating roster.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Reasonable level of physical fitness.
• Current forklift licence (highly regarded).
• Willing to learn and develop new skills.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
