The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a driven Recruitment Team Leader to lead our Brisbane Team .
This is an exciting opportunity for a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people and is passionate about delivering results.
You will play a key role in driving recruitment performance, supporting and mentoring your team, strengthening client relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth.
Working closely with the wider AWX business, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact while contributing to the ongoing success of our Brisbane operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and mentor a team of Recruitment Consultants to achieve individual and team targets
- Oversee day to day recruitment operations, ensuring efficient delivery and exceptional service
- Drive high volume recruitment across blue-collar industries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
- Monitor team performance, recruitment activity and key business objectives
- Support workforce planning, candidate pipelines and continuous process improvements
- Foster a positive, collaborative and high-performing team culture
We're looking for a hands-on leader who leads by example, brings energy to the workplace and knows how to get the best out of their team.
To be successful, you will bring:
- Proven experience in recruitment or labour hire, ideally within blue-collar industries
- Previous leadership or team management experience, with a passion for developing others
- Strong client relationship management and business development skills
- A results-driven mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
