Keep Things Moving Behind the Scenes
We're looking for an organised, reliable and proactive Retail Stores Coordinator to join a busy retail precinct on the Sunshine Coast.
This is a hands-on coordination role where you'll take ownership of stock control, inventory, deliveries and day-to-day stores operations, ensuring products are where they need to be, when they need to be there.
You'll work closely with outlet managers, retail teams, suppliers and delivery drivers to keep operations running smoothly across multiple outlets.
The Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating the receipt, checking and distribution of stock
- Checking deliveries against invoices and delivery dockets
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring products are available across outlets
- Managing stock rotation, use-by dates and product quality
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
- Coordinating timely deliveries across multiple retail outlets
- Communicating stock issues and delays with relevant teams
- Completing temperature checks on incoming deliveries
- Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and compliance standards
- Supporting and guiding storeperson team members
- Training and onboarding new team members
- Helping maintain high standards of accountability and performance
- Supporting retail operations during busy periods when required
- Assisting with register/service duties and accurate cash handling when needed
- Identifying opportunities to reduce waste and improve processes
- Reporting hazards and supporting a strong safety culture
About You
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys keeping things organised and running efficiently.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in stock control, logistics, warehousing or supply chain
- Experience working within food retail, hospitality, cafés or another fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable
- Experience using inventory or stock management systems
- A strong focus on safety, quality and customer service
Essential Requirements
- Food Handlers Certificate
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate

- $73,000 + Super
- $20 per day meal allowance
- Onsite parking provided saving you approximately $360 per month
- Permanent full-time, Monday to Friday
- Flexible start and finish times, depending on scheduled deliveries and operational requirements
