About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and physically capable Warehouse & Customer Service Operator
to join our client in West Gosford
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role combining manual pick-packing of plasterboard, forklift operation and face-to-face customer service.
The role involves repetitive manual handling, lifting and flipping plasterboard sheets, operating a forklift and preparing complete house lots for dispatch throughout the day.
Our branch operates in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where productivity, teamwork and safety are essential. The successful candidate must be prepared to work hard, adapt to changing priorities and maintain a strong work ethic throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
·Manually pick, handle and pack plasterboard sheets and complete house lots.
·Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
·Assist with loading, unloading and moving stock.
·Provide friendly, professional face-to-face customer service.
·Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
·Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
·Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily operational requirements.
·Adapt to changing workloads and priorities as required.
Essential Requirements
·Current and relevant forklift licence with strong practical operating skills.
·Previous warehouse, stores or pick-packing experience.
·Ability to undertake repetitive, physically demanding manual handling throughout the working day.
·Experience working in a busy, fast-paced operational environment.
·Willingness to work varying start and finish times between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday

·Reliable attendance, punctuality and a willingness to contribute to the team.
