Luke runs sales and looks after key clients at AWX, bringing 15+ years’ experience in civil, construction, mining, food and manufacturing. He’s driven by helping clients get their projects done and seeing what they achieve. He gets a kick out of pulling a team together to deliver as a group (vs solo) and working together to achieve the outcomes you need.

Luke keeps things real – down to earth, adaptable and straight shooter. He talks to the crowd, doesn’t wear a mask and is the same bloke at work as he is at home. His values are simple – accountability, if he say’s he’ll do it, he delivers, communication – genuine updates that keep everyone in the loop and honesty and integrity – always being a man of his word, measured by what you do if something doesn’t go right as well as when things go to plan.

Out of hours Luke’s outdoors spending time with his family - at the beach, camping or bush.
