Rob heads up recruitment nationally as well as the Victoria and NSW regions, bringing eight years’ experience specialising in mining and blue collar space. He likes the work and the challenge that comes with it, always pushing himself to be better and see how far he can go.

Having worked on the tools as an electrician and through labour hire himself, Rob’s seen both sides of the fence. The industry’s been good to him and he’s big on paying that back by upholding the standard set by the good operators who looked after him.

Rob’s approach is collaborative and influence driven. He listens first, speaks people’s language and focuses on removing roadblocks so his team can get on with the job. Effort, improvement, a shared desire to learn and the grit to turn up and graft when it’s tough matter to him.

When he’s not at work, Rob’s with his family and his dogs.
