National Training and Compliance Manager 

Stirling heads up National Compliance and Training at AWX and he’s come up through the ranks. He started as a construction labourer through AWX and over nine years, worked his way through recruitment, account management, operations and into national training and compliance roles.

What keeps him showing up is learning and thrives on challenge and figuring things out. In his training and compliance role, Stirling’s approach is practical and adaptable. If something doesn’t land, he’ll find another way until it does so it actually makes sense.

Accountability, owning your mistakes and never being too big to do the small jobs are his core values, lessons he’s learned firsthand.

Away from work, Stirling’s either at the markets running Angry Drake Smoked Goods, in the kitchen cooking or at home with family, his happy place.
