AWX is currently recruiting reliable and motivated workers to join a well‑established food production facility in Stapylton. We have multiple positions available across production and processing lines, including Assembly Line Labourers and Group Leaders (Process Lines).
These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced FMCG environment and are seeking ongoing opportunities.
Assembly Line Labourer
Key Duties:
- Preparing, assembling, and packing food products on a production line
- Handling ingredients and finished products in line with production requirements
- Operating basic production and packaging equipment
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the work area
Group Leader Process Lines
(This is not a supervisory role. Group Leaders work on the line alongside other team members and act as a go‑to person for day‑to‑day support.)
Key Duties:
- Supporting production staff on the line and assisting with workflow coordination
- Acting as the first point of contact for team members needing assistance or clarification
- Ensuring correct PPE, hygiene, and dress standards are followed on the line
- Helping identify and communicate issues with quality, safety, or production flow
About You:
- Previous experience in food production, FMCG, or assembly line environments
- Strong communication skills and a team‑focused approach
- Good attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced setting
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and some manual handling
