We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Manager to lead growth within the Building Service Contractor (BSC) sector across Victoria.

This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with customers, identifying opportunities, and delivering practical solutions in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development across the BSC sector in Victoria
- Manage and grow key customer and distributor relationships
- Identify opportunities to increase market share across product lines (including TASKI solutions)
- Conduct sales meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations
- Support tender submissions and assist in securing new contracts
- Build strong rapport with decision-makers within BSC organisations
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal sales, technical, and marketing teams
- Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management via CRM.
- Deliver regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance updates
- Proven experience in business development or sales within a B2B environment
- Experience in the BSC, facilities, cleaning, or hygiene sector highly regarded
- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills
- Confident communicator with solid negotiation ability
- Results-driven with the ability to work autonomously
- Good commercial awareness (exposure to budgets or targets)
- CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to manage a territory and prioritise effectively
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel across Victoria
