About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Cement Factory Labourer to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in the production of high-quality cement products.
Working as part of a supportive team, you'll be involved in all aspects of the production process including moulding, quality control, and general labouring duties. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in their reliability, and wants to secure long-term, stable employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Producing and assembling moulds
- Breaking down moulds
- Conducting quality checks on finished products
- Assisting tradespeople and spotting machinery
- Completing general labouring tasks across various projects
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work site
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals who:
- Can commit to staying in Australia for a minimum of 12 months (with potential for extension)
- Are able to pass a pre-employment drug test (urine)
- Are available to work Monday to Friday, 6:00am 2:06pm
- Are physically fit and capable of lifting 20kg+ regularly
- Hold a valid driver's licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
- Have previous factory or manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Are confident using a variety of power tools
- Demonstrate strong reliability, consistency, and a positive work ethic
