We are seeking candidates with experience in chemical batching, or a strong interest in chemical processing, to join our client’s team in Narangba as Chemical Batchers/Formulators.
This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with practical experience in manufacturing environments, whether you are experienced or looking to grow your skills in chemical formulation and processing.

You will working with machinery, following chemical production formulas, and maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards.
Working Hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 6 AM – 2:30 PM
- Friday: 6 AM – 12 PM (Half-Day)
- Operate and set up formulation and packaging machinery with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Measure and handle raw materials, including lifting up to 25 kg.
- Support quality control by sampling products and performing checks to ensure they meet specifications.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Prior experience in chemical batching, mixing, or formulation is highly regarded
- A background in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields is beneficial but not required
- Comfortable with manual handling (up to 25 kg)
