We're currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers and Pipe Crew Labourers to join busy civil crews delivering stormwater, drainage, and infrastructure works across the Moreton Bay Region, Morayfield, and surrounding areas.
You'll be working alongside skilled operators and pipe crews on active civil sites involving trenching, excavation, pipe installation, and backfilling. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands how civil construction sites operate and is confident working around machinery, excavators, and live works.
We're looking for reliable, motivated workers who can step in and contribute from day one, with ongoing opportunities across a range of civil projects.
What You'll Do
- Support pipe crews with stormwater and drainage installation
- Assist with pipe laying, alignment, setup, and backfilling
- Carry out trenching and general civil labouring duties
- Work safely around excavators and other plant equipment
- Assist with site preparation and keeping works progressing efficiently
- Take direction from supervisors and experienced operators
- Tickets & Experience Required
To be successful, you will need:
- Construction White Card
- Previous civil construction experience
- Experience in pipe crew, drainage, or general civil labouring (toppy work highly regarded)
- Physically fit and able to perform manual outdoor labour
- Reliable transport and strong work ethic
- Highly Regarded (Not Essential)
- Experience setting up or working with levels / rotating lasers
- HR licence (ability to operate tipper trucks if required)
- Plant tickets (Excavator, Roller, Loader, Moxy, etc.)
- Strong all-round civil or roadworks background
