Roster
- Monday to Friday, rotating half-day Saturday
- 6:30 AM prestart 5:00 PM finish
- 10-hour days with two 30-minute breaks (one paid, one unpaid)
- Some roles require Townsville-based candidates with the ability to work away on a 10/4 roster or Monday to Friday schedule
What you'll do
- Operate equipment including excavators, graders, dozers, rollers, skid steers, and water trucks
- Work across a range of projects including Roadworks and intersection upgrades, Bulk earthworks and laydowns, Subdivision developments and Civil drainage projects
- Conduct pre-start inspections and equipment checks
- Work effectively within a safety-driven team environment
- Follow site procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What you'll need
- Construction White Card
- Relevant RII competencies / tickets
- Minimum 12 months' operating experience - final trim and live traffic experience highly regarded
- Current C Class Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Physically fit and prepared for outdoor, hands-on work
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment
