About the Role
AWX have consistent civil work available now across Brisbane and the South East. If you've worked in civil, subdivisions, drainage, pipe laying, machinery or landscaping we want to connect. Reliable hours, great crews, and long-term opportunities.
We are currently seeking Pipe Crew Labourers
for both Riverbend
and Caboolture
to work on major infrastructure and subdivision projects. Ongoing work with 50+ hour weeks.

What You'll Be Doing
• Assisting pipe layers and drainage crews on subdivision and infrastructure projects
• Trenching, spotting machinery, and working safely around excavators
• Laying and installing stormwater, sewer, and drainage pipes
• Site clean-up, material handling, and general civil labouring
• Assisting with bedding, backfilling, and pipe alignment
• Working with a tight, safety-focused civil crew
What's In It For You?
• $37.79 - $50.20/hr (depending on experience & tickets)
• Roster: Monday to Friday + OT depending on site
• Hours: Around 6:30am - 4:30pm
• Start Dates: Immediate and ongoing
What We're Looking For
Must have:
• Civil labouring experience (pipe crew or drainage experience highly regarded)
• White Card
• Reliable transport & driver's licence
Great to have:
• Experience working in pipe crews, drainage, or trenching
• Confined Spaces & Working at Heights tickets (desirable)
• Plant tickets roller, excavator, skid steer, etc.
• Concreting or subdivision experience
