AWX are currently seeking motivated individuals for a Survey Assistant / Leveller position to join a leading government client on a 612 month opportunity, with an immediate start available.
This role is designed to provide hands-on experience and skill development in surveying within the civil construction and engineering industry. You will gain exposure to both site-based and office-based work across a variety of projects in South East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist surveyors with fieldwork and data collection
- Perform levelling and basic surveying tasks
- Support site set-out and measurements
- Assist with processing survey data and documentation
- Undertake general civil construction duties as required

- Enjoy a mix of outdoor (site) and indoor (office) work
- Have strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Have a basic understanding of construction plans and processes
- Are genuinely interested in surveying and developing your career in this field
- Are reliable, willing to learn, and work well in a team
Requirements
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Certificate III in Civil Construction (desirable)
- Willingness to perform general civil construction tasks when required
