We are a civil and concrete contractor based on the Sunshine Coast, delivering high-quality residential and commercial concrete works across the region.

We are looking for an experienced Foreman who wants long-term stability, leadership responsibility, and the chance to build something properly.
About the Role
You will take ownership of site delivery across projects including:
• Residential slabs, driveways, and external works
• Footpaths, pavements, and small civil packages
• Commercial concrete placements
• Planning works, coordinating prep, pours, and finishes
• Managing labour, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Maintaining safety, quality, and program outcomes
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who leads from the front and takes pride in delivering quality work.

What We're Looking For
• Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman / Leading Hand / Carpenter
• Strong knowledge of concrete prep, placement, and finishing
• Ability to run jobs independently from start to finish
• Good understanding of levels, set-out, and sequencing works
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Takes ownership, solves problems, and drives productivity
• White Card (essential)
• Driver's Licence (essential)
Additional tickets or machinery experience are highly regarded.
