We are seeking experienced Contract Administrators to join high-performing project teams delivering major construction and development projects across Brisbane.

About the Role
As a Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in the delivery of projects, working closely with Project Managers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure commercial outcomes are achieved.
You will be responsible for managing contracts, procurement, cost control, and financial reporting across the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer head and subcontract agreements
- Manage procurement processes, including tendering and letting packages
- Track project costs, variations, and forecasts
- Prepare and negotiate progress claims and subcontractor payments
- Review and assess variations, EOTs, and contractual claims
- Maintain accurate financial reporting and cost control systems
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project timelines
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- Minimum 5+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within construction
- Proven experience delivering projects in sectors such as commercial, residential, mixed-use, or infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of contract law and standard forms (e.g. AS contracts)
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and cost management expertise
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational capability
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
