The Opportunity
You will administer multiple high‑value, high‑volume contracts linked to a significant infrastructure design and delivery programs.
Your responsibilities include contractual compliance, accurate project financials, and maintaining strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
This is a 9 month contract with an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain contract cost‑tracking structures.
- Review monthly payment claims, accruals, and documentation.
- Analyse overhead costs to support reporting.
- Interpret contract terms, variations, and support governance forums.
- Monitor supplier KPIs, performance trends, and negotiate unjustified claims.
- Prepare authorised service requests, work packages, and variations.
- Identify process improvements and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong commercial and contract administration ability.
- KPI and claims assessment capability.
- Skilled negotiator and communicator.
- Organised, proactive, and autonomous.
- Strong internal customer focus.
Education & Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in administration, financial management, engineering, construction, accounting, or quantity surveying—or equivalent.
- 3–6+ years in major infrastructure design and delivery contracts.
- Understanding of cost control, performance analysis, and collaborative contract models.
- Knowledge of digital contract and vendor management systems.
Pay Rate
$59 per hour + Super.
